![]() ![]() Simply tap and hold on a Dweller and then drag him or her to the desired room to give them a work assignment. ![]() At their base levels, each room can be staffed with two Dwellers, and they operate more efficiently if the Dwellers assigned there are high in a specific attribute (Power Generator = Strength, Diner = Agility and Water Treatment = Perception). Early on, you’ll be most concerned with three: the Power Generator for producing Power, the Diner for producing Food and the Water Treatment room for producing Water. Speaking of rooms, each one produces a different kind of resource.If you have to make a choice between them, Power is more important than the other two, as rooms will simply shut down without it. ![]() Bars for each resource appear at the top of your screen, giving you a look at how much of each resource you currently have on hand, as well as a line that shows you what quantities you need to have to keep everything in tip-top condition. Water staves off the effects of radiation. Food keeps the Dwellers’ health levels high. Power is necessary to operate the various rooms.
